Martin Dallaire, President, CEO, Director

Mr. Dallaire was born and raised in Rouyn-Noranda and has more than a decade of experience in the financial industry with a particular focus on the junior mining sector. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, sourcing and structuring of financings, due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dallaire, who obtained an Engineering degree from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 1992, has also been a member of the surveillance committee of the FERIQUE Funds for more than 5 years. Through his business and financial skills, combined with his mining industry background, Mr. Dallaire's immediate goal with Visible Gold Mines is to rapidly position the company as an exploration leader in northwest Quebec, one of the world's most prolific gold producing regions.

Robert Sansfaçon, Vice-President Exploration, Senior Geologist

Mr. Sansfaçon, who was involved in the discovery of Osisko's Canadian Malartic deposit, has over 30 years' experience as an exploration geologist which includes more than a decade as a project manager for Lac Minerals Ltd. He has also served as a consultant or project senior geologist for various junior mining companies and the government of Quebec. Mr. Sansfacon has a Geology baccalaureate degree from the Université de Montréal (1977) and a Master degree in Earth Science from the Université du Québec (1983). He also obtained a European Master degree in International Management of Small Businesses and Territories from Paul Valery University (2002) in Montpellier, France.

Sylvain Champagne, CFO, Director

Mr. Champagne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He is also Chief Financial Officer and a director for Fokus Mining and X-Terra Resources.

Pierre Vézina, Director

Mr. Vézina holds a MBA degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and an executive MBA degree from the Université Paris-Dauphine in France. Since 1990, he has been involved in sales and marketing. From 2003 to 2008, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Gestion Sim Inc., a manufacturer located in Beauceville, Quebec. Since 2008, Mr. Vézina has been President of Fini U.V. International Inc. in Frampton, Quebec, which manufactures pre-finished hardwood products for companies throughout North America that operate in the wood flooring business.
