Visible Gold Mines Inc., incorporated on January 24, 2007, is a mining exploration company involved in the acquisition and exploration of mineral with prospects for hosting gold mineral deposits. When the Company was incorporated, it was a wholly own subsidiary of Fieldex Exploration Inc.

The Stadacona property is actually Visible Gold Mines’ flagship property.

Visible Gold Mines trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VGD and on the Frankfurt and Berlin Exchanges in Europe under the symbol 3V4.

An important drilling campaign (11 holes; 10,931 metres) has been executed on the Stadacona property. Encouraging results were obtained (see 2009, April 01 – Press Release) and an extra drilling campaign will start soon. A 51 km ground geophysics survey on the eastern part of the property has been done and at least eight new targets have been identified from this ground survey. Six of these eight targets will be prioritized and tested.

Moreover, the Company optioned the Cameron property located near Lebel-sur-Quévillon- Abitibi from Amex Exploration for its gold potential. A field visit was conducted to locate the trenches and stripping done by SOQUEM. A sampling program is planned in the coming weeks. Visible Gold also has realized an investment of $250,000 in the capital stock of Amex by way of a private placement. Amex has issued to Visible Gold, 1,000,000 common shares from its capital at $0.25 per share and 1,000,000 shares purchases warrants giving the right to purchase the same amount of shares at $0.35 per share for a period of 12 months.

To preserve shareholders value, the management team believes that it is very important to protect the actual liquidity of the Company. Visible Gold Mines actual financial situation is enviable and we believe that great business opportunities, as the one executed with Amex Exploration, will be available in the coming quarters.
